    It is likely that Tom Cruise had rather emotional difficult experiences when he was four and five years old and then again when he was eight and twelve as well. It is even possible that his first four years might have been disastrous years for him. Since then he might have experienced a life changing event every four years.     We often put up a picture of someone in our home or at work. A sporting figure, a musician, a scientist or a famous one who we cherish. This can be a good exercise and reminder of what we like to accomplish ourselves. We might want look into their perspective in live and exercise us in coining our own goals.

    In the churches we see altar pictures and statues of saints and people who aspire us. People who did show strength in difficult times inspire us and show us what we can do for ourselves in time of trouble. The altar picture is displaying the family wall of good deed doers.

    In the same way you can put up a picture of yourselves in your home. You can find a picture of you where you find yourself beautiful and happy. This can be recent one or an old picture, even when you were very young. Have your own altar in your home with picture of you put up in a most favorable way possible.

    So pull out some pictures of you an look why were you so beautiful and happy, who are there with you and what where you doing? If you enlarge some of these pictures, print them out in super quality and even frame them. Then you can well relate to that state of you being happy and content and spontaneously feel this relaxing state. This is as important for the marriage as well. Find pictures of you and your mate or the whole family in a cheerful moment and reprint it in high standard.

    So be the star in your own life. Someone to look up to and into for your contentment. Let the happy and content you lead you to present days wellness.

    A trip to the supermarket can be a good way to build hope and exercise being future orientated

    Often I hear especially from men that they find it boring to go to the supermarket. I am not a fan of the supermarket, but it is the meaning of the trip. Going to the supermarket and figure out what to by for the weekend or for the days ahead is forcing you to think about coming days.

    Important questions like how do you want to spent the days with your family or the loved ones is healthy exercise for the body. The importance is to exercise to be future orientated and not to be trapped by the past.

    People who suffer from burnout, sadness or even trauma might disconnect this contact with life. It can be difficult for them to project the future or even the coming days.

    Going to the supermarket and wonder what you would like to dine and how you want to spend the weekend is a wonderful exercise in building up resistance for sadness and depressive thoughts.

    If you are living alone, then this is as important as this is the time to indulge yourself with buying good and healthy food and look forward to exercise your skill to prepare that food in new and exotic ways. Open up your receptive mode for new things and new experience.

    Sometimes you might find old couple behind you in the cashiers row talking sweetly and caring to each other. Other times you might feel tension and overhear nagging conversation over slightest things. Which one would you like to be in the future? This is a honest choice made by you today.

    Give the supermarket trip a fair chance to change your life for the better. Enjoy the moment and find the emotion that goes with being future orientated and to expect something good. That is how you gradually will be more hopeful with your live.

    After being working hard on my writing and posting every day for two weeks I found my self a bit intoxicated. I was checking on my stats and becoming a bit obsessed by the website. My drive to write down my thoughts on Well-being was influenced by my personal needs, but when my work starts to evolve around the WordPress Stats, then I have to take a timeout for sorting out the priorities.

    So it was appropriate to start my Psyconomics blogs again on the importance of good routines play a big role in well being. The more routines and better, the easier life will be. If the routines are to indulge my own personal set of needs, I might get lost in vanity.

    Simple daily routines that are focused on the future and well being will increase life satisfaction and  will ease on the sadness effortlessly. The more you practice, then the speedier it will to turn back to life satisfaction and contentment. Whenever you have new assignments or problem coming up, it will be easier to cope and change course if your daily routines are fixed and helpful.

    Healthier food and nourishing is one of the big issues that has to be addressed. Good rest and relaxing routinely will help you to get energized and to will gain more from your work.

    Your Well-Being does not rely on a particular fix, but to have many in your toolbox throughout the day. From waking up in the morning to going to bed again. Use helpful exercises regularly and have them incorporated in your daily routines. That makes your routines a part of long term solution. Because life satisfaction is a life long marathon, but not a this weeks sprint. Whatever you learn today and incorporate into your daily routine leads you to new discoveries later. Change only one thing each time, evaluate the difference and go to new things from that.

    If your routines evolve around worldly things or social acceptance as fame or money, then it is likely that the result will be mixed and might even have negative effect on your well being. It might bring you short effect of happiness, but it wont fix your well being for the long term. Being really wealthy and highly successful and looking for more, will not add an ounce to your well being and you might end up being a miserable sod.

    The teaching of Tao Te Ching and Feng Shui are about being content and satisfied. It is emphasized to reach the state of balance between many things and not to be obsessive by some of the elements that constitute the whole.     Self assurance and a faith or a myth have a similar train of thought. Good self assurance helps us to finish what we originally set out to do. So how can you use myth and faith to help you to fare better?

    Favorable assumptions can brighten up your day, assumptions such as: if we assist others, especially the needy, it will bring luck to us. It might or might not. But if you do and you believe in this myth, it will color your life in positive way for you and the society. It will gradually build up your self assurance and at same time build up trust to the society. You will gradually wind up in more and more positive situation, just because of your positive attitude towards yourself and the society.

    If you are occupied with bad luck like the ”Friday the 13th“, then you might be blocking your ways in life. There has been no scientific proof on that one and belie in it is not helpful for you. On the contrary it can be damaging for you and isolate you from others at given time.

    ”Good Morning“ is a wishful thinking from you to others every day. This is unconditioned wish from you to your workmates, friends or family that they will ”have a nice day“. May the luck be with you.

    So look out for lucky things and give the luck a chance. Maybe or maybe not. If the luck is coming your way, then you will profit from it. If not, then there was nothing you could do about that. Positive myths are there for you to use every day to spice up your life and give you sense of self worth and contentment. Positive self worth is a proven assistance in all matters.

    Blessings brighten up the day

    Blessings are intended to do people good and uplift their spirit. It feels nice to have someone’s good wishes. It spreads confidence and well being. Priests, Nuns and Monks use blessings to greet people as well as saying goodbye.

    Blessings are used in the mass to introduce and read the postulate to the people and most often people stand up for this reading. This is to get us to be closer and to show a highest respect for the reading.

    The Blessing is therefore creating an atmosphere for people to be closer to the unknown holy world. Whether this holy world is real or not is not the important thing. Whether God exists or not is a moot point. It is feeding the good spirit and well being that is so important because then it can be replicated in every situation, good or bad, wherever you are or whatever troubles you are facing.

    Even houses, buildings, ships and other transport constructions are often blessed. We see priests and politicians alike standing together in opening ceremonies of  new official construction af any kind.

    Christmas cards are sent to carry wishful words on our behalf as well as other messages in the time when we finish the year and look forward to the new one.

    The outcome is also favourable for the one that is giving the blessing or sending the well wishes because he/she feels good about doing good and it gives their life an added purpose. On top of that the receivers often send high spirited thanks and thoughts back to the blesser.  When giving a blessing it is important to accept that the feedback is not necessarily instantaneous.  We cannot say if, how and when we reap the rewards which makes the feedback unconditioned. That is what makes the outcome so favourable for both parties and even others as well.

    That is why it is so important to incorporate blessings into your daily life. Workmates, family, spouse, children, friends or anyone who is near and matters to you needs these emotional boosts. Send them or say to them words of good fortune with your blessings. Boost them up. Look kindly upon their actions and encourage them to do well.
